Three things that should not affect your bill: how many people on your team look at a dashboard, how many invoices an agent processes for you, how many warehouses you operate. We charge a single annual fee, sized to your business, that covers the spine, the agents, and every module on top.
Three things that do affect it: the size of your business, the number of legal entities you run, and whether you need things we don't yet do out of the box. One number, agreed up front, no surprises.
We also don't charge for AI usage. The agents are part of the product, not a metered add-on. If we cared about minimising their work, the product would be worse.
