We're a small team building something hard. Operating systems for Indian businesses. The work is real, the timeline is years, and we'd rather take longer and get it right. If that sounds like the opposite of what you're being sold elsewhere, we'd love to meet you.
A small, total, refinement-typed kernel that runs on an append-only event log. Views are folds; reports are projections; invariants are checked at append time. On top of that runtime, an opinionated ERP for Indian SMEs — books, GST, e-invoice, e-way, payroll, inventory — implemented as small modules in a registry, written in our DSL, generated and edited safely by AI.
The technical bet is that Indian compliance can be expressed as invariants on a kernel rather than as code in an application, and that an agent can compose those modules into a working ERP for any specific business an order of magnitude faster than a consultant could. If you find that bet interesting, we should talk.
We hire people who have shipped real things, who are particular about the details, and who would rather work with a small group on something they fully understand than be a cog in something much larger.
Roles below are categories, not titles. Tell us what you're good at and we'll figure out where you fit.
Send us an email. Tell us what you've built, what you've broken, what you'd want to work on. We read everything. We reply within a week, even if it's a no. If it's a yes, the process is: a long conversation, a small piece of paid real work, and a day on-site in Bhopal. No leetcode. No trick questions. No surprises.
We're particularly excited to hear from people who've been underestimated, who didn't take the obvious path, or who built something inside an SME and wished it could be better.
